Job description:

- The person assigned to supervise the area.

- Responsible for managing the monitoring area such as: progress, quality, human resources.

- Responsible for issues in the monitoring area such as labor safety, fire and explosion prevention, construction tools, machinery and supplies.

- Check the quantity of supplies ordered compared to the actual construction.

- Check the loss of actual materials on site.

- Check the finished protective cover Admiral.

- Checking theft on construction site.

- Report date to CHT.

- Prepare progress of construction details with subcontractors and suppliers.

- Pre-acceptance test with the Investor / Consultant.

- Coordinate paperwork from QS for acceptance.

- Checking closely with subcontracting to comply with approved construction methods.

- Summary of transfer of construction files through warranty period (recording warranty period).

- Transfer all construction files to the archives.

- Sending the subcontracting report for construction of CHT, supplies and recent experience.

- Finalize the cost of construction site for the accounting department / project secretary.

- Conclusion of supplies and tools for construction and import

Job requirements
- Experience in interior decoration.

- Ability to use MS word, excel, Cad, Project, Email.

- Ability to organize, communicate, diplomacy, and management.

-     Ability to work in groups.

- Can go to work far from Ho Chi Minh City
