ABS Door Description

1. Structure:
- The wing is 35mm thick, consisting of 5 components: "Honey-comb" core in the middle, ABS plastic panels on both sides, Deco-Sheet coated surface. Surrounding the wing is a PVC Foam bar, reinforced with an LVL core to increase rigidity.
- Mold: shaped by PVC Foam material. The inside is reinforced with a steel core to increase rigidity. Reinforced LVL bar to increase grip and prevent "twisting" when screwing hinges.
- Instant brace: thin PVC Foam plastic bar covered with wood grain, resistant to moisture.
- ABS plastic doors with "LVC pressed wood" bearing force, reinforced with steel core. The door is quite light, weight < 15kg. The set of plastic doors possesses flexible and elastic properties from ABS plastic. The ability to withstand external forces (opening and closing, wind) is only limited
