1. Describe:

3. Procedure:

- The core of Melaleuca timber is impregnated, dried and grafted into 24mm thick sheet

- Two layers of MDF moisture resistant, each layer 6mm: restrict water, warping, high temperature, flat for two door surfaces.

- Using digital milling machines programmed on the computer to create patterns for the door, patterns can change according to customer requirements.

- Then covered with a layer of PVC veneer like natural wood, pressed, vacuumed on the surface and heated over 200°C.
