1.1.        BASIS FOR CONSTRUCTION MEASURES

-       TCVN 5308 - 1991: Technical regulations on construction safety

-       TCVN 5279 - 1990: Fire safety - General requirements.

-       TCVN 9383 - 2012: Fire resistance test - Doors and fire prevention

-       TCVN 7452 - 2004: Windows and doors - Test methods

-       TCVN 9366-2012: Doors and windows - Based on the construction characteristics and resources of the construction unit.

CHAPTER II

2.1.        ORGANIZATION OF MANAGEMENT - CONSTRUCTION APPARATUS

a. General objective:

Construction management and administration apparatus for:

-          Quality assurance of construction.

-          Ensure the construction schedule. 

-          Ensuring occupational safety and sanitation and environmental sanitation.

-          Ensure efficiency.

b. Management and operating system.

c. Functions and duties of officials in the Project Steering Committee.
