2.4. INSPECTION MANAGEMENT

2.5 QUALITY MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT

This department performs the quality control, inspection of input materials at each construction phase of the items in accordance with the technical requirements. When detecting quality violations at the scene, they may propose to the Commander to take measures to handle and promptly adjust them.

2.6. TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT OF CONSTRUCTION AND LABOR SAFETY

The commander-in-chief and the technical staff will study the design drawings, formulate constrction methods and labor safety and hygiene measures.
On the basis of the approved overall schedule, set specific construction schedules for each month,week and day, including the preparation of supplies, human resources, machinery and equipment, and factory-released products. and the requirements for craftsmen, hand tools, testing equipment, especially for supplies must ensure the quality requirements in accordance with design standards and quality assurance assessment, progress of the work. submit.

2.7. DIRECT CONSTRUCTION FORCES

2.8. PREPARING FOR CONDITIONS OF CONSTRUCTION AND CONSTRUCTION SITE:

2.8.1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
